Simple, Quick & Easy Way How To Create Your Own Syrup.

All you need is a water boiler, a bottle that can close nice and tightly (we use a 0.5cl bottle with a swing top) and sugar otherwise, your own extra ingredients, if you wish to have an extra flavour in your sugar syrup.

HOMEMADE SUGAR SYRUP
Put water in your boiler, and set it to boil.

Fill your bottle half way up with sugar.

We recommend organic cane sugar.

Now pour the boiled water into the bottle, so that there is only two fingers width between the water line and the neck of the bottle. Put the lid on and make sure that the bottle is tightly closed.

Shake the bottle thoroughly so the sugar is 100% dissolved into the water. You can always place a cloth or towel around the bottle so you do not burn your fingers on the hot bottle.

Now you have made your homemade sugar syrup, which does not have any artificial flavours or colours.

HOMEMADE LIQUORICE SYRUP
First off, you do the same as what you have done to make

the sugar syrup above.

Then you add 2 teaspoons of liquorice powder. Although you can play around, with how much you put in, it all depends on how strong you want your syrup to be.

Now you have a delicious homemade liquorice syrup.

HOMEMADE CARDAMOM SYRUP

Do the exact same as you would to make the liquorice syrup above.

Instead of the liquorice powder, then add 2 teaspoons of cardamom powder.
